• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local regulations in their respective countries.
Note: Some countries may restrict the import of cosmetic products. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds Policy
7-Day Results Guarantee (Sri Lanka Only)
If you do not see noticeable improvement within 7 days of using our products, we offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
• You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
• Product must be used as directed, and a brief explanation or proof (photo) may be requested to validate the claim.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
Note: This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, and only for one unit per product type.
Returns for Damaged/Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing your claim.
To be eligible:
• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required.
